Terms and Conditions for Online Purchase

1) Services
1. B.D. Beloved online store is being owned and operated by B.D. Corporation Limited (hereafter "we" or "Company" ). In these terms and conditions, the "Company" or "we" or mean B.D. Grocery Store and the "Customer" or "you" shall mean any person, firm, company or body who places an order with the Company. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before using this site. By using the site or any part of it, you agree that you have read the terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.

2. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time without providing any prior notification. By accessing the Services and the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms as amended by B.D. Beloved website from time to time.

2) Registration
1. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our services or place any orders. By using our services, you agree and declare that you are aged 18 or above and capable of forming a legally binding contract.

2. In registering for an account on our website, you will be required to provide us with true, accurate, complete and updated registration information; safeguard your user name and password.

3. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided so that we can communicate with you effectively.

4. Maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that any information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your registration.

3) Order Confirmed
Once the payment is approved, we will send you a confirmation email. After the order is confirmed, it will be processed, packaged, and shipped out. Orders that enter the processing program cannot be cancelled. If you choose to cancel the order after delivery, you agree that the relevant shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

4) Payment
You can use Visa, MasterCard, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay; Orders will be charged in Hong Kong Dollars.

5) Delivery
Delivery service is only available in Hong Kong, there is no overseas delivery service.

6) Replacement & exchange
1. Only Electronic Products, you are required to check whether any item you order is damaged or not. For any damage, please call email to us within 7 days for replacement. Once the damage is investigated and confirmed by us, replacement will be arranged.

2. All products are non-refundable.

3. All product(s) in problem for replacement must be in its original state and not being used; and all components and parts of the product(s) in problem including but not limited to its user menu, certificates, labels, marks, materials, packing bags or boxes must be returned to us.
